Our Door-to-Door DDP service is designed for importers, e-commerce sellers, small business owners, Amazon sellers and individual buyers who want a single, transparent all-in price for moving goods from a Chinese factory to their warehouse, store, home office or customer doorstep — with absolutely no extra duties, VAT / GST, customs bond fees, THC terminal handling charges or destination fees to pay upon delivery. Unlike traditional FOB or CIF sea / air freight where you receive 3 to 5 separate invoices from 3 to 6 different parties, our DDP service gives you exactly ONE all-inclusive per-KG or per-CBM quote at booking, one invoice, and one dedicated point of contact who follows your shipment from the moment it leaves the Chinese factory gate to the moment it is signed for at the final consignee address — so your supply chain is fully predictable on both cost and timing.

The DDP door-to-door workflow is simple and standardized across 60+ destination countries. Step 1: you send us the supplier factory address, product details (HS code, carton dimensions / weight, photos, commercial invoice value), and the final consignee address; our DDP pricing team replies with a single all-in per-CBM (sea DDP) or per-KG (air DDP) quote covering origin factory pickup trucking, export customs clearance in China, origin terminal / airport handling, sea / air / rail / road main carriage, destination port / airport handling, import clearance, import duty tax (paid by us under our destination country importer-of-record bond and EORI / VAT number), VAT / GST / PST / QST sales tax (paid by us), customs bond fees if applicable, destination bonded warehouse unloading and de-consolidation, and last-mile local trucking, courier or white-glove home delivery to the final door. Step 2: you confirm the booking and we dispatch our contracted pickup truck to the supplier factory on the agreed date, coordinating loading, export documents and factory inspection if you request it. Step 3: your goods arrive at our origin warehouse where we perform free quantity count, label verification, palletization if required, and photograph all cartons and pallets before export. Step 4: the shipment is exported from China, loaded onto the vessel / aircraft / train, tracked live at every step, and we send weekly email status updates plus a unique tracking link you can share with your customer. Step 5: goods arrive at destination, are cleared through customs with all duties and taxes paid by us, and are trucked or couriered directly to your final address — you or your consignee simply sign on arrival with zero extra charges payable.
