Our warehousing division operates 58,000 square meters of purpose-built commercial 3PL warehouse space strategically located near China largest transportation hubs: 22,000 sqm Shenzhen Longhua Warehouse (30 minutes from Yantian Port, 20 minutes from SZX Baoan Airport), 20,000 sqm Shanghai Songjiang Warehouse (adjacent to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and 40 minutes from Yangshan Deep Water Port), and 16,000 sqm Guangzhou Nansha Warehouse (on-premise bonded status beside Nansha container port). Every facility is fully racked with 12-meter-high selective heavy-duty steel racking for 10,000+ pallet positions, narrow-aisle electric reach trucks and VNA turret trucks, counterbalance forklifts, automated vertical lift modules for small-parts picking, and conveyor belt systems for high-volume e-commerce fulfillment — all managed by our cloud-based SaaS WMS integrated with 3PL Central, Fishbowl, ShipStation, Linnworks, ChannelAdvisor and Amazon Seller Central API for real-time inventory visibility.

Basic value-added services we include FREE of charge for all long-term partners and every sea / air / rail / courier booking are: FREE 30-DAY TEMPORARY STORAGE for all cargo pending export consolidation, allowing you to collect goods from 5 to 20 different suppliers without daily warehousing charges; FREE SUPPLIER PICKUP trucking for combined shipments over 2 CBM within 200 km of our warehouses, routed by our in-house scheduler to consolidate multiple pickups into one optimized load to save fuel cost; FREE INBOUND UNLOADING, QUANTITY COUNT AND BARCODE RECEIVING with photos, quantity reconciliation against supplier advance shipping notices (ASNs), damaged-goods quarantine, and automated email / WeChat notification to you the same day goods arrive; and FREE MONTHLY PHYSICAL INVENTORY RECONCILIATION with variance report emailed to your finance team. We also maintain 24/7 HD CCTV with 90-day cloud backup, automatic fire sprinkler systems, rodent and pest control, moisture absorbers for sensitive goods, 24/7 security guard patrols, and insurance coverage up to USD 5 million per warehouse per event, upgradeable to all-risk cargo insurance at 0.2% of declared value.

CONSOLIDATION AND REPACKING: combine goods from multiple China factories or Alibaba vendors into a single container, pallet or parcel to reduce per-unit shipping cost by 30 to 55 percent — ISPM-15 heat-treated wooden pallets, plastic pallets, shrink wrapping and corner boards provided. QUALITY INSPECTION (QC): AQL Level II random sampling inspection from USD 85 per man-day, plus 100 percent inspection for critical safety SKUs, apparel defects, electronics functional testing, beauty product leak checks and labeling accuracy. Every QC includes 15 to 25 clear photos (overall, detail, defect close-ups, dimension checks, bar code scan verification, ISTA 1A carton drop test), defect rate report with PASS or FAIL recommendation, and optional sample courier to your office. LABELING AND KITTING: FNSKU, GTIN, UPC and EAN barcode labeling, shipping label printing and application, FCC / CE / UKCA / RoHS / CPSIA / CCC / PROP 65 / MADE IN CHINA stickers, multi-SKU kitting and bundling (gift sets, subscription boxes), polybagging with suffocation warnings, and private-label hang-tag application. ORDER FULFILLMENT (DTC / B2C): pick-pack-ship same-day domestic China express (SF, STO, YTO, ZTO, JD, Cainiao) and Hong Kong direct courier with tracking pushed into Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce or Amazon MCF. CROSS-DOCKING: de-consolidate inbound 40HQ or air ULD pallets into individual store or FC shipments for immediate re-dispatch without long-term storage, ideal for retail restocking and Just-In-Time JIT inventory programs.
